This spacious house, built in 2008, is located in a quiet and safe, tightly built neighbourhood of private homes – in the suburb of Ülejõe, only 1,5 kms from the centre
The cottage offers a great possibility to spend one's holiday with family or friends. Ecological materials have used in the building and decorating. The cottage is suitable even for demanding taste
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and a small open kitchen, sauna, shower room and WC.

Alltogether there are beds for 6+4 people. Possibility of extra beds (2 extra beds, additional fee).

Very good connection to the centre: bus stop is located 100 meters from the house, shopping centres and other freetime activities are within 10-15 minutes walking distance (across the river).
There is a jogging track along the river, 50 meters from the house, where it is also possible to use roller skates or ride a bicycle.
