A spacious and light holiday cottage, built in 2008, for max. 8 persons in a holiday cottage area of Urumarja near Pärnu.
The seaside spatown of Pärnu with her numerous freetime activities (sandy beach, cafes, pubs, restaurants, water parks, spas, shopping centres, etc.) is only about 20 min drive away.
The cottage consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms, a large shower room+WC.
There are altogether 3+3 beds in the bedrooms. In the living room there is a broad couch/bed for 2.
TV. Internet for own computer. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Sauna. Possibility of barbequing.
From the living room access to a private open terrace. For children there is a sandbox.
Next to the 3000 m2 lot there is a small river, 100 m away there is the broad Pärnu river (possibility of swimming, if needed)....
