A two-storey holiday home for 6 people is located in Karujärv on the island of Saaremaa. The house was built in 1900 and renovated in 1997. During renovation the old and rustic elements have been preserved as much as possible, without sacrificing modern conveniences.
On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen corner, joint bathroom and WC, a separate bedroom with a broad double bed.
On the first floor there are two small rooms with altogether 4 single beds.
In a separate building there is a genuine old-fashioned sauna (additional fee).
The holiday home lies on the beautiful Karujärv. Sandy beach.
The largest centre of Saaremaa - Kuressaare - is only 25 kms away. |

A confortable, contemporarily furnished house for max. 6 persons (until June 10th, 2010 – 4 persons!) in a quiet residential area near Pärnu – in Eametsa. The city of Pärnu with her numerous opportunities for freetime activities and a seaside beach is only a short drive away.
Wonderfully suited for a family or a small group of people who love peace and quiet.
The house includes a large, well-maintained lot without fence. Behind the house, about 50 m away, is a river (possibility of swimming, but in the Summer during the dry season the river is shallow).
The one-storey house consists of a roomy living room, two separate bedrooms, an open kitchen, sauna+shower room, WC. Terrace (access from the living room).
Altogether there are 4+2 beds. Possibility of additional beds for small children (2 pcs.).
TV. Air conditioning/heating pump, floor heating. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Possibility of barbequing.

A two-storey holiday cottage for max. 8 persons near Haapsalu in Pusku. The sea is 500 m away (view from the balcony of the cottage). The 1200 m2 enclosed grounds are well-maintained. Trees and bushes around the gounds add to the privacy. Clean air. Possibility of sitting and barbequing on the grounds.
On the ground floor of the house there is a large dining srea with fireplace, small kitchen, wood-burning sauna, shower, WC, unique sleeping area.
On the first floor of the house there is a restroom and 3 bedrooms.

Haapsalu with her small cafes, pubs, a historic bishop's castle with a children's playground, water park, SPA, sandy beach, shopping centres, etc. is only a short car ride away (9 kms). From Rohuküla harbour located 4,1 kms away one can go to the second largest island of Estonia – Hiiumaa.

Holiday by the sea in september: ask for offer!
A two-storey holiday home by the sea is located in the southern part of Continental Estonia, in Pärnumaa - Treimani. The sea with its sandy beach is only 100 m away. Especially suitable for a holiday with family or friends!
The ground floor of the house consists of a kitchen, shower room+WC, and bedroom with 3 beds.
The first floor (separate entrance) consists of a small simple kitchen corner, sohwer room+WC, and bedroom with 5 beds.
Two extra beds are available for additional fee (single bed + armchair which can be opened). Altogether there is room for max. 8 (+2) people.

Large table in front of the house. Possibility of barbequing.
Because of its location Treimani offers the possibility to get acquainted with diffrent parts of Estonia. The drive along seaside roads from Häädemeeste to Treimani offers great views: the beach, sandy dunes covered with pine trees, meadows by the sea. In one day one can make a tour of Central and Southern Estonia: the second largest city Tartu, a well-known wintersport centre Otepää, the highest point in Estonia - Suur Munamäe in Võrumaa.
Latvia is only 6 kms away. To Riga is 125 kms.
To Pärnu is 60 kms.

A comfortable two-storey log cabin built in 2007 (for 4 people) in Central Estonia in Viljandimaa at the second largest lake in Estonia – Võrtsjärv.
On the lower floor of the two-storey log cabin there is a living room with an open kitchen, sauna, shower corner and WC.
On the upper floor of the house are the sleeping quarters with beds for 4 people. From the upper floor there is access to the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake.
In front of the house there is a terrace.
TV. Sauna. Possibility of barbequing. Pets are allowed with separate agreement.
The lake with a sandy beach is located only a few tens of meters away.
Parking next to the house.
The wonderful location offers a possibility to get acquainted with various locations in Estonia. The second largest city in Estonia – Tarto – is only 42 kms away. The distance to the town of Viljandi, known for its summer events, is 35 kms. Otepää, known as the winter capital of Estonia, with its skiing trails and slopes, is 50-60 kms away.
The house is open all year round.
A larger group or several families can rent in the same beach area another cottage.

A good opportunity for bird watching: the centre of Vilsandi Nature Park is located ca. 1 km away in Loona Manor, watchtowers are only a few kms away by the sea, possibility to visit the nearby Vilsandi island, hiking routes in the nature park start ca. 500 m away, etc.

A two-storey holiday home with garden for 6 people in Mändjala on Saaremaa, only 9 kms from Kuressaare. A sandy beach is ca. 1 km away.
The house has two storeys. A lot of old-fashioned Estonian handicrafts and furniture has been used in the interior.
On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining room, 1 small bedroom (single bed), sauna, shower room, WC.
On the upper floor there are 2 rooms. In the first room there are two broadish single beds. In the second room there is a broad double bed and access to a small balcony.
