| Possibility to rent a private house on the second largest island in Estonia – Hiiumaa.
The house is located in the centre of Hiiumaa – in the small town of Kärdla, in a quiet neighbourhood. The sea and and the nearest beach for swimming is only 900 m away.
The apartment is on three floors with a separate entrance. Fron the ground floor there is a staircase to the first floor where the kitchen , living room and 2 bedrooms are located. Second floor is a cosy attic-storey wit a combined open living room+bedroom.
TV. DVD player. Stereo. Video.
There is a small furniture store on the ground floor (access to the store is on the other side of the house).
There is a small separate building with a sauna in the yard. Possibility of sitting and barbequing in the yard.
Hiiumaa is considered to be one of the oldest islands in the world - plenty of sights, nature walks, sandy beaches, numerous free time opportunities, incl. various cultural events in different parts of the island. Hiiumaa suits those who wish to spend their holiday away from the city noise. |

On the lower floor there is a living room with open kitchen, sauna, shower. Open terrace.
Sleeping quarters are located upstairs. Balcony. Altogether there are 4+4 beds.
TV. Radio, stereo, video. Fireplace. Dishwasher. Sauna. Possibility of barbequing.
Distance to the beach (in public use) is 250 meters. The cabin is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest.
Hiiumaa is especially suitable for cycling - extensive road network, relatively light traffic, plenty of sights, nature trails, various cultural events in different parts of the island. Ferry connection to both the continent and the island of Saaremaa.
Possibility of bicycle rent.
During hunting season possibility to hunt wild boar. .
A larger group or several families can rent in the same beach area 1-3 other cottages (if available).

The apartment is on the second floor. No lift in the house.
The apartment consists of a living room, three bedrooms, kitchen and shower room+WC.
Altogether there are 6 beds in the bedrooms, possibility of 2 additional beds on the couch in the living room (incl. in the price).

| The two-storey house is located in the southeastern part of Hiiumaa, only 130 m from the sea. 12 kms from the port of Heltermaa.
The house consists of a small room with a fireplace, 2 rest rooms, 7 bedrooms, kitchen, 4 shower rooms, 6 WC's. Sauna.
There is room for altogether 17 people (8 beds are included in the price, 9 beds for additional fee).

There are several open terraces with thepossibility of sitting.
Around the house is a roomy open grassy yard with enough room for ball playing, and children's games. Possibiloity of barbequing. Leash for dogs.
Away from the house, directly by the sea is a small sauna.
