| A wonderful opportunity to spend a holiday in Central Estonia in the small town of VILJANDI located on the shore of a beautiful lake. Viljandi offers great possibilities for holiday: peaceful surroundings, summer theatres, outdoor events/festivals, coffee shops, beautiful ancient ruins of a castle, lakes with sandy beaches (NB! One of the beaches is only 300 m away from the house!).
Because of its location it is easy to arrange day trips from Viljandi to other parts of Estonia and even further.
Guests have at their disposal a two-storey, roomy holiday cottage for 10 people in an area of single family houses in Viljandi.
The ground floor of the house consists of a roomy living room, dining room, kitchen, shower rooms, 2 WC's, SAUNA.
Access from theliving room to a large inner yard. The house has its own terrace. Possibility of barbequing. A trampoline for children. Possibility of also renting an air-trampoline on the premises.
The first floor of the house consists of bedrooms with beds for 10 people.
SAT-TV, CD-DVD player, WiFi for own computer. Dishwasher. Possibility to use washing machine. Possibility to rent bicycles. Closed yard.

| A two-storey log cabin built in 2009 (for 4 people) in Central Estonia in Viljandimaa at the second largest lake in Estonia – Võrtsjärv. View to the lake from the terrace.
On the lower floor of the two-storey log cabin there is a living room with a small open kitchen, sauna, shower corner and WC.
On the upper floor of the house are the sleeping quarters with beds for 4 people.
TV. Sauna. Possibility of barbequing. Pets are allowed with separate agreement.
The lake with a sandy beach is located only a few tens of meters away.
Parking next to the house.
The wonderful location offers a possibility to get acquainted with various locations in Estonia. The second largest city in Estonia – Tarto – is only 42 kms away. The distance to the town of Viljandi, known for its summer events, is 35 kms. Otepää, known as the winter capital of Estonia, with its skiing trails and slopes, is 50-60 kms away.
Possibility to organize nature trips, also hunting and fishing trips.
The house is open all year round.
A larger group or several families can rent in the same beach area another cottage.
